Through his entrepreneurial efforts and innovation in his previous projects, Bilal has impacted over 200,000 lives till date. His work in Blockchain For Good, especially linking NFTs with real-life humanitarian causes has been recognized globally. With his not-for-profit organization, Bilal launched the world’s first NFTs linked to solving water scarcity in Pakistan.
Bilal graduated in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the London School of Economics. He currently also sits on the Advisory Board of his alma mater, Queen Mary University of London. Before developing an interest in Blockchain in 2017, Bilal worked as an International Strategy Consultant for the past 10 years, advising companies in the UK on entering new markets, especially Asia and Africa.
Bilal is also actively involved in organizing ETH events across the globe. He recently organized ETHBarcelona, Spain’s FIRST ETH event.
Bilal has been actively involved in utilizing innovation for good.
His belief in ‘You should be willing to embarrass yourself if you want to achieve greatness’ has led him onto many adventures in life.
Bilal met Vitalik Buterin, Co-Founder of Ethereum where he extended the invitation to Buterin to visit Pakistan and interact with the Blockchain enthusiasts in Pakistan. Buterin happily accepted the invite, promising a visit to Pakistan soon.
For his services to the community through his initiative, ‘One Million Meals’, Bilal was awarded the MBE by the Royal Family. One Million Meals was founded by Bilal in COVID-19 to deliver fresh and hot meals to frontline workers in an effort to support them during the pandemic.
During his time at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Bilal hosted the Federal Minister for IT and Telecommunications of Pakistan and explored avenues of collaboration to raise blockchain awareness in Pakistan.
Bilal was invited to be a part of the discussion on the role of social media and influencers in crypto where he talked about the contribution of KOLs to crypto adoption by creating education.
Bilal was invited by EmTech to speak on the importance of compliance in digital finance. The conversation revolved around the importance of the regulatory environment to adapt according to the rapidly evolving digital finance space.

Bilal was invited by Binance to the Binance Campus, Ibiza where he spent 3 days of learning, networking, and making new friends. Bilal was also recognized by Binance for his efforts for the Blockchain community.
NFT NYC is the World’s largest NFT conference. Bilal was the only Pakistani speaker to be invited to speak at a panel discussion on using ‘NFTs for Social Good’ at the conference. Bilal spoke about his journey with Tayaba Organisation and launching Pakistan’s first NFT fundraiser.
